ReplyDeleteI am writing to you on behalf of a group of teachers and students who recently travelled to The Gambia. For the duration of our 7 day stay, our contact in The Gambia Fr. Peter Suttle hired a bus and driver from your company. On behalf of all of us I would like to thank you for the excellent service you provided.
However, we would particularly like to send our regards and sincere thanks to our driver, Baba. Baba was a wonderful driver and companion during our travels around The Gambia. He showed extraordinary patience in dealing with a group of 12 18-year old boys from Ireland. He was never less than exceptionally polite and helpful. He seems to have the fantastic ability as a driver to make his passengers feel safe and to make very good time under difficult circumstances. As a companion Baba was full of good humour, wisdom and kindness. All of us enjoyed any time we got to spend in his company.
What was also very noticeable was the incredible amount of effort Baba put into keeping the bus clean. He seemed to be constantly washing all the seats and sweeping and washing the floors. We were incredibly impressed with Baba's diligence and attention to detail. Baba is clearly a man who believes hard work to be very important in his daily life and we all found this very impressive and indeed inspirational.
We look forward to visiting your wonderful country again in the future. Until then, please accept once again our gracious thanks for your excellent service and we would ask you to thank Baba most sincerely for his wonderful contribution to our stay in Gambia. Thanks to Baba, we would have no hesitation in recommending your company to anyone travelling to The Gambia and in particular we would highly recommend Baba as a driver. He is a wonderful asset to your company.
